Rx Price Tracker is an independent data project that monitors US private-pay prescription drug prices and compares them to international generic equivalents. Our goal is to make the price gap visible to anyone who wants to understand it.

We do not sell, dispense, or recommend medication. We do not represent or partner with any specific pharmacy. We aggregate public pricing data and publish it under the PHARMAX Mispricing Index (PMI) framework.

Who is this for

Researchers, journalists, healthcare consumers who are paying out of pocket, and anyone interested in pricing transparency in the US prescription market.

What we do not do

• We do not advise on medication choice. That is a decision for licensed healthcare providers.
• We do not handle prescriptions, sales, or shipping.
• We do not promote international purchasing without a valid prescription and a buyer's awareness of local import rules.
• We do not accept advertising from US pharmacies or PBMs.
